Renting Rotary Pub
Rotary Pub is available for rental arrangements for private parties. We have long experience of throwing e.g. 25th/30th anniversaries and graduation parties. Rentals normally takes place on Saturdays between September-June. The two most common types of rentals that we offer are described below. For more extensive information contact us via the form below. We can incorporate many variations on your request; examples that we have offered before include live bands, DJs, karaoke, etc.
Three Course Dinner
The most common alternative. Three courses including wine are served. The premises are available from agreed upon time until 03 at latest. Our personnel suggest a menu that is discussed with the renting party. Alternatives for different price levels are available. The food is prepared by us on location and our staff handles all the work. Underage people are allowed to be in the premises, of course as long as they are not served any alcohol.
Bar rental
The pub with bar staff is rented without a formal dinner taking place. A regular pub menu can be offered, either with pizza and hamburgers or a buffet. Perfect for a more relaxed party similar to a night out at the pub where only the coolest people are invited, your friends! Since the pub is rented without food, the renter only pays the rent for the premises.
Pricing
The rental fee is always 6000 kr for a night. That includes staff for the entire evening and cleaning after. For the three course dinner it usually costs around 200 kr/person for both food and drinks, but we offer menus in a wide variety of price ranges.
FAQ and Rules
Below some common questions and rules are listed.
- Renting the pub costs 6000 SEK, which includes the venue, staff, and cleaning. Costs for food and drinks are additional.
- The pub has dimmable ceiling lighting but unfortunately no other lighting system. If you want other mood lighting, you must bring it yourself and decorate with it.
- We have our own sound system which is easiest controlled via Spotify to have your own music. However, keep in mind that you are renting a pub in a residential building and not a nightclub, so we reserve the right to control the volume for the comfort of the residents, the pub, and the staff. Therefore, we prohibit guests from bringing their own sound system (exceptions are made if the guest wants to bring live music).
- We have a projector for possible slideshows, quizzes, speeches, etc. The easiest way is to bring your own USB stick or have it on cloud storage so that we can play it from our computer running a GNU/Linux operating system.
- The pub will be decorated as during our regular opening hours, but you are allowed to redecorate the pub. However, you must then redecorate the pub back to its original state. Glitter is strictly forbidden.
- We have a wide range and expertise in beer but can adapt the selection according to specific requests, with better advance notice increasing the likelihood that the request will be fulfilled.
- The pub has a full serving license, which means that no outside alcohol may be brought into the venue and the staff must be present during the entire rental period.
